DeleteI’m no good with numbers - my friend may have said 2½%, but to be fair I’m quoting out of context – keeping it deliberately vague – not taking into consideration that there is a continuum, things fluctuate - shades of gray etc
As for Toronto a lot of the middle has moved left and much of what remains of the left has moved right and although 2 % sounds meager, downright stingy - it may be not that far off – let’s say Toronto at the moment is a divided city – the suburbs resent the downtown which is where little Muir lives. Keeping my fingers crossed!
