A seated, leaning pose

I drew this model a few weeks ago at one of our Sunday life gatherings, which, except for the odd statutory holiday like Christmas and New Year, runs throughout the year. I don’t always manage to get there though.

  1. Hi Marcia,

I love this. The colours -- the dark blue and red popping the figure. I also love the depth of her expression in such a lovely, loose drawing. You amaze me! You are such an awesome artist.

    Love,

    Barbara

  2. She is glowing and full of resting energy and thoughtfulness. Really lovely colours.

It's always a treat to see what you've been drawing, or painting!

  3. Dear Barbara and Melinda!
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! and I apologize for my absence in responding to you both for such a long time.
My explanation (partial at least) is that untoward events and last minute details before a trip undertaken early May served to preempt pretty much all blogging, but I think I'm back part time at least in the blogosphere harness.

    love, Marcia
